Dear friends
As you receive 101 other newsletters, prayer letters and family updates from around the UK and the globe this Christmas we hope that there is space for one more.
Please find attached [a pdf file which opens in a new window] our latest news update. Please note the phrase in the opening paragraph about the 'Ling of the Bakonjo' is not a reference to some weird local ritual but rather a typo that seems to have crept in since the letter was sent for editing - it should of course read 'King'! The letter can also be downloaded from the BMS website by visiting this page.
Purely for the very keen - an article on the BMS World Mission website about recent work on local radio stations:
Following the theft of our camera the lovely insurance people have come good so we are once more able to capture what we have been up to in pictures to illustrate the newsletter. The following link has some snaps of a recent legal education/bible teaching trip to one of the villages:
And finally the Christmas greeting. There is nothing worse then receiving an e-card which has taken no thought to be automatically generated on-line. Forgive us for our one card fits all but at least the Christmas greeting attached has been home made. Our prayer is that you have a restful, restorative and wonderful Christmas as we remember the coming of the Light of the World.
Thank you for all you prayers and support,
With our love,
Graeme and Jenny
