Razzmatazz Getting to know...Jan

Hi, my name is Jan and I enjoy helping at Razzmatazz. We have such fun with all the different activities; I especially enjoy the craft and more importantly, we learn that Jesus loves each and every one of us, whatever we're like.

I have worked with children for many years at a local school but now I work for Jump for Joy, at their After School Club and Holiday Club in two local schools.

I am married to Pete [the webmaster] and we have four adorable grandchildren who keep us very busy.

I first came to this church about 20 years ago, when I was going through a hard time and finding life very difficult. The church was like a close family and loving members showed me the love of Jesus by supporting me and helping me to get through. I thought I waas already a Christian but I didn't know that Jesus died on the cross for me. As soon as I knew that, I gave my life to Jesus and even when difficult things happen now, I know Jesus will always be very near and that He loves me.

We hope and pray that by coming to Razzmatazz you will learn that Jesus loves you very much, so much that He died on the cross for you. So tell your friends and bring them along too: we'll have so much fun doing quizzes, playing games, hearing stories and doing craft together.
